This is brand new, but looks old. It's "shabby chic", some know it as "primitive" It's perfect for the shabby country design that many are going for today and is an excellent addition to that decor.

It holds 8 taper candles and hangs on the wall. It measures 28 inches wide at its widest points and is about 17 inches high. It sets out from the wall about 5 1/2 inches.
