Returns Policy

We accept returns for all purchases within 14 days from date of delivery, as evidenced by the USPS delivery confirmation. (All parcels include delivery confirmation) All we ask is that you return the item in the same condition it was received, and in the original packaging.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We believe this is a fair trade-off since we will refund the shipping charges that you paid to us, and the transaction will already be negative on our books in that amount. Please read all descriptions carefully. Nothing leaves our warehouse that is not in the condition described.

Please understand that we are selling used goods in many cases, and anything that is new, is liquidation merchandise, close-outs, shelf pulls, etc. This is especially important to note in the case of buying collectibles. THE PACKAGING MAY BE DAMAGED IN SOME WAY, despite the fact that there is no notation of such in the description. We WILL NOT accept returns because of a claim of damaged product packaging.All parcels for breakable items include a surcharge. The cost for insurance for these items are split between you the buyer, and us, the seller. All items that have the risk of being broken must be insured. When you place an order, you do so with the understanding that this may in fact be the case.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Note that all orders placed from an international destination will only be shipped via Priority Mail International, or Global Express Mail. We have been forced to discontinue the use of First Class Parcel International because of multiple claims of non-receipt. Priority Mail and Global Express are the only ways we have of tracking delivery. Soon, international shipped must be delivered via DHL only. This has not yet been intergrated into our system but is coming soon.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. In some cases, an item we sell may be considered oversized, or at the very least, outside the normal dimensions for a parcel that is shipped. There is a surcharge for these types of parcels which is passed along to the customer. Please note this possibility in the item listing.
